Carol Fritzsche, MS
Director of Home and Community Services
Carol Fritzsche, MS, is the managing clinical director of all ASCM’s home and community based service departments, holds a Master of Science degree in Psychology, specializing in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Capella University, a Bachelor of Science in Human Service Management, and an Associate of Science degree in Nursing. Carol’s extensive educational background is complimented by over 10 years in the social services field, focusing on the areas of teaching, family services, and mental health therapy. Prior to attaining the role of Managing Director at ASCM, Carol was herself a Support Coordinator and Departmental Supervisor, which highlights a deep understanding of disability waiver coordination from a wide array of viewpoints.
Office and Billing Manager
Minerva Harp, ASCM’s Office Manager and Billing Supervisor, studied medical office technology at Drake College of Business, is credentialed as a Certified Medical Assistant, in addition to holding a BLS for Medical Health Professionals. Minerva’s tenure includes management experience with an adaptive home healthcare agency, where she served as a Billing Supervisor, engaging in the complex practice of Medicaid/Medicare appeals and private insurance reimbursement claims. Minerva also worked as a supervisor at a top-ranked, national security firm prior to entering the health and human services field. Minerva is bilingual in English/Spanish and studied behavioral health at The Community College of Philadelphia. Minerva is a mother of three, including her youngest son who proudly serves as an active duty member of the United States Navy.
Independence, Attendant Care/ACT 150, OBRA, and COMMCARE Waiver Supervisor
Gloria Range, the supervisor of ASCM’s Independence, Attendant Care/ACT 150, OBRA, and COMMCARE Waivers Department, holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Alvernia University along with an Associate Degree in human services/behavioral health. Gloria compliments her educational credentials with over 20 years of experience within the social services sector, including as a Department of Human Services case worker, a school-based behavioral program lead care coordinator, a truancy court social worker and as an intellectual disabilities support coordinator. Gloria, in her own words, believes her mission is “to ensure that all participants are given the best quality and service care to live a healthy and fulfilled life.”
